About Cooperstown Command Center

Cooperstown Command Center was created to help youth baseball teams plan, fund, and execute one of the most memorable experiences in youth sports.

For most teams, the Cooperstown trip is a once in a lifetime milestone. It is also a complex project that unfolds over the course of a full year. Tournament selection, travel planning, lodging coordination, fundraising, trading pins, team gear, and parent communication all need to come together smoothly.

Most teams begin this process with excitement but very little structure.

Cooperstown Command Center was built to change that.

Through a curated catalogue of digital planning tools, guides, and templates, the Command Center gives coaches and parent leaders the systems they need to organize the entire Cooperstown journey. Our resources are designed to save time, reduce stress, and help teams avoid the common planning mistakes that happen when large volunteer projects are built from scratch.

The goal is simple. Help teams focus on the experience instead of getting buried in logistics.

Founder

Cooperstown Command Center was founded by Jennifer Freeman, a business executive and long-time community leader who understands both fundraising strategy and operational execution.

For more than a decade, Jennifer has served in elected and board leadership roles across park districts, school PTOs, youth sports organizations, foundations, and nonprofit boards. From serving as an elected Park District Commissioner and Board Vice President to leading fundraising efforts for elite travel baseball teams, she has seen firsthand how much volunteer leaders carry and how little structured guidance exists for major youth sports milestones like Cooperstown.

She knows how organizations raise money. She also understands where planning systems break down.

Alongside her community leadership, Jennifer built a professional career leading growth strategy, revenue operations, and large scale execution initiatives. Cooperstown Command Center sits at the intersection of those two worlds. Structured business discipline paired with hands on youth sports leadership.

This is not a hobby project. It is a founder led platform built by someone who has lived the planning process and understands what teams actually need.
